Восемнадцатый выпуск журнала «Mongolica» посвящен Лидии Григорьевне Скородумовой, видному рос-сийскому монголоведу, доктору филологических наук, члену Союза писателей России, лауреату премий Союза писателей, Союза переводчиков, Союза журналистов Монголии, почетному члену Академии гуманитарных наук Монголии, почетному профессору Института «Тугээмэл». Л. Г. Скородумова награждена медалью «200 лет МИД России», дипломами Росзарубежцентра России за укрепление российско-монгольской дружбы, медалью Союза писателей Монголии «За вклад в литературу», Орденом Монголии «Полярная звезда».
Выпуск имеет разделы: «Историография, источниковедение», «Литературоведение, фольклористика, лингвис-тика», «Рецензии», «Переводы». Статьи написаны в русле основных научных приоритетов и с позиций современ-ного монголоведения, для которого историко-культурные проблемы монголоязычных народов весьма существен-ны, несут важную общественную нагрузку и имеют как чисто научное, так и общеисторическое практическое зна-чение.
Материалы сборника рассчитаны на специалистов-монголоведов, историков, культурологов и всех, кто инте-ресуется историей монгольских народов и Центральной Азии.
The eighteenth edition of the magazine «Mongolica» is dedicated to Lidia Grigorievna Skorodumova, an outstanding Russian mongolist, doctor of philology, member of the Russian Union of Writers, winner of the Writers’ Union Award, member of the Confederation of Mongolian journalists, honorary member of Mongolian Academy of Humanities, honorary member of the ”Tugeemel” Institution. Lidia Grigorievna Skorodumova is awarded with the «200th anniversary of the Russian Foreign Office» medal, diplomas of «Roszarubezhcentr» organization for the strengthening of the Russian-Mongolian friendship, medal of the Union of Mongolian Writers «For Great Contribution to Literature», «Polar star» medal of Mongolia.
This issue consists of the following parts: «Historiography and Source Studies», «Literature, Folklore, Linguistics», «Reviews», and «Our Translations». The magazine includes articles written by Russian and foreign scholars, the reports of the scientific activities in field of Mongolian studies and translations made by Russian mongolists.
The papers are written in keeping with the research priorities of modern Mongolian studies, with special regard to the matters of history and culture of the Mongolian ethnic groups, which gives the articles great social, historical and practical value.
The issue will be of interest not only to scholars of Mongolian studies, but also to specialists in philology, history and culture, as well as to those interested in the history of Mongolian ethnic groups and Central Asia.
